Expertise

Roch Cayouette joined Provencher_Roy in 2015, after practicing architecture for 30 years with Cardinal Hardy, including 10 years as partner. As well, he was vice-president of the IBI-CHBA Group for several years. He specializes in the design and execution of large-scale multi-residential projects. He is project and design manager for numerous projects, among them Atelier Castelnau, U-31, Arbora and NOCA. Quite keen to showcase Montréal’s heritage, he confers to his buildings a contemporary architectural idiom that integrates seamlessly with existing structures.

Roch’s partners acknowledge and appreciate the innovative spirit that leads him to propose original technical solutions to sometimes highly complex challenges. His solid design skills and his technical rigour ensure the coherence of his projects through the ideation, working drawings and construction phases. Over the years, many of the projects Roch has worked on as design manager and responsible partner have earned awards and distinctions.
