Stéfanie Roy joined Provencher_Roy in 1998 soon after completing a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Montreal (1997) and a graduate diploma in construction management from Concordia University (1998). Since then, she has displayed her top-notch skills in office renovation, functional and technical programming, and urban planning. As part of the Provencher_Roy team, Stéfanie has developed expertise in project management, coordination of facilities, running and monitoring of worksites, and technical programing.

Stéfanie has been involved over the years in several the firm’s major projects, including the Sorel-Tracy detention centre and the Carré Saint-Laurent mixed-use project in Montréal. A number of projects under her responsibility have won awards in the field of architecture and design. These include the Marriott Hotel and airport headquarters at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (first honourable mention in Universal Accessibility, Québec order of architects, 2010 ; Armatura award, commercial category, Québec reinforcing steel institute, 2009 ; Ferdie interior awards, commercial/hotel category, 2009). She has also been recognized for her role on the team that worked on development of the Quartier international de Montréal and of the Museums Collection Centre, also in Montréal (Award of Excellence, Canadian Museums Association, 2004).
