Relocated in an effervescent neighbourhood, the offices of the agency KBS Montréal have retained the industrial style of the space: the hollowed-out ceilings reveal the pipework in some places, the floors are grey, and certain walls are covered with brick. The dominant colours are black and white, which helps bring out the grey of the concrete, the rust hue of the bricks, the silver of the chairs and the dark brown of the wood elements.

Because the new offices are laid out in a U shape, the corridor walls separating the space are made of glass in order to boost team cohesion while enabling light to suffuse the premises more effectively. Employees are left with work spaces that foster creativity, in which they can also relax.
