Sonia Gagné, Architect Partner at Provencher_Roy, wins the Excellence and Leadership Award during the CREW M Gala! This nomination is given to an experienced woman working in commercial real estate who has distinguished herself by her leadership qualities, achievements and involvement in her company or the community at large.
It is with great pride and enthusiasm that Provencher_Roy welcomes the announcement. As part of the team since 2003, Sonia Gagné works as a partner, project manager and principal designer on major projects in architecture and urban design. Thanks to her qualities of excellence, her vision and perfectionism, she carried out many projects beyond what was expected to both her clients and her team, in addition to the Grand Quai du Port de Montréal’s competition and Sainte-Catherine Street’s major revitalization launch, in addition to ongoing projects with the Société de développement Angus.
Within the firm, she also prioritizes the training of a strong fertility by creating teams of mixed experiences, connecting young trainees with senior employees. Believing firmly in the abundance and quality of concepts looming from heterogeneous and multidisciplinary groups, she always encourages her colleagues to participate in the achievement of projects assigned to her. By showing that every challenge is possible and that it is important to push one’s ideas to the limit, she inspires and acts as a model for the younger generation of architects. Sonia Gagné also dedicates time and attention to install an atmosphere within Provencher_Roy where research and design are stimulated and guided by the best practices.
We warmly congratulate Sonia for this award, which lives up to her talent and the creative impulse she gives us every day!
