Can architecture change our relationship to democracy? The answer here takes the form of a circular ramp drawing a scenographic route from the entrance to the reception pavilion of Quebec’s National Assembly, created by Provencher_Roy and GLCRM Architects, to the heart of the heritage building. Inaugurated in May 2019, this achievement was an opportunity to transform the relationship between citizens and their representatives, while showcasing Quebec’s political heritage.
