Expertise

Anna Westlund joined the Provencher_Roy Interior Design team in 2013 with a breadth of work experience on corporate, wellness and healthcare mandates in Ontario, Manitoba, and Quebec. Anna is committed to the design of facilities that support human well-being, with a focus on beauty, functionality, ergonomics and dynamism. Her passion for the creation of healthy and sustainable spaces motivated her to pursue a Master’s Degree in Interior Design from the University of Manitoba and to achieve her LEED-accreditation. Inspired by an evidence-based approach to design, the latest design research informs all of Anna’s projects. Never losing sight of the final result, Anna shows particular interest in the atmosphere emanating from each of her projects, paying special attention to even the smallest factors affecting the interior environment.

Putting her specialty in harmonious and functional office arrangements to good use, she is currently working on the lobbies of Air Canada’s headquarters and on various new projects. She also leads the design teams for the PwC PSB Boisjoli, Boston Consulting Group, and Vigilant – a DRW Company office projects; the last was recognized with an award at the Grands Prix du Design in 2018. Her role as project leader allows her to bring a holistic vision to her mandates, combining rigour and creativity in her management activities. As a partner, Anna is focused on business development for the Ottawa market. Her involvement in interior design circles has included a seat on the board of administrators with the Association professionnelle des designers d’intérieur du Québec.
