Audrey Monty

Studio Director, Partner, Architect OAQ, LEED AP BD+C

A graduate of the École d’architecture du Languedoc-Roussillon in Montpellier, France and Université Laval in Québec City, Audrey Monty joined Provencher_Roy in 2015 and became a partner in 2017. From Kuujjuaq to Port-au-Prince and Turks and Caicos Islands, her practice anchors itself in and adapts easily to the most varied contexts. Her previous roles as director of sustainable development and manager of numerous LEED certification projects in the institutional, residential, commercial, and administrative realms enhance her versatility and affinity for and integration into a diversity of settings.

Audrey Monty is a seasoned project manager whose fields of expertise essentially consist of the university environment (realization of the functional and technical program for the Roger-Gaudry and Marie-Victorin Pavilions revamping at Université de Montréal, Hall Building renovations at Concordia University); and airport world, where she has acquired experience since 2015 working on complex projects with atypical parameters at the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (Sense of Place competition, and Gates 1 & 3, Checkpoint A retail space, Car rental service centre, VIP Lounge, and Domestic Jetty revamping projects). Her practice also occasionally extends to the hospital sector (Hôpital de Verdun); cultural scene (Théâtre Maisonneuve renovation); and the judicial realm (Palais de justice de Saint-Jérôme expansion).

Beyond architectural projects, Audrey actively contributes to furthering architectural practices in Québec, through public speaking (as a sought-after lecturer), publishing articles regularly, chairing committees, and supporting the advancement of women in the construction sector.
