Geneviève Lamarche-Moore

Partner, Architect OAQ

Geneviève Lamarche-Moore graduated from the School of Architecture of the Université de Montréal in 2008 and has been a member of Birtz Bastien Beaudoin Laforest since 2012. She was appointed partner at Provencher_Roy in 2021. She has extensive experience in the design and project management of primary and secondary schools, and has completed nearly forty different mandates – in the areas of expansion, new construction, redevelopment and renovation – for school service centres in Montréal, Grandes Seigneuries, Rivière-du-Nord and Marguerite-Bourgeoys. She co-designed the innovative St. Hyacinthe primary school, Québec’s first school to meet WELL criteria. After working alongside Clément Bastien – a reference in Québec for school design – for nearly 10 years, Geneviève now leads the majority of primary and secondary projects developed at Provencher_Roy.

She is also involved in a number of projects at the college level, such as the redevelopment of the nursing sector at Collège de Maisonneuve, for which she acts as deputy project manager, and several renovation, redevelopment and expansion mandates for John Abbott College and Cégep Saint-Laurent, among others. Her ability to communicate verbally and graphically, as well as to coordinate the development of projects between various stakeholders, are major assets in managing the production process, from design to execution.
