Symphonia POP: let the show begin !

Provencher_Roy is handling architecture for Symphonia POP, a real estate development with cubic architecture, on which work began this past December 4. The project will be built next to the Symphonia tower, which marked phase I of this residential complex, on the southern tip of Île-des-Sœurs. The 32-storey tower will boast 207 housing units, each with one to three rooms, a floor area of 600 to 3,000 square feet, and nine- to eleven-foot ceilings.

All the spaces will have spectacular fenestration, positioned so as to maximize the views and the amount of natural light coming in. Common spaces will include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub and sauna, an ultramodern gym, a hall for private receptions and an outdoor lounge. The first Symphonia POP units will be available in 2021.
