Intermediate Interior Design Technologist

Provencher_ Roy's interior design team is currently looking for an Intermediate Interior Design Technologist. Some of your responsibilities will include the following:

• Performing architectural surveys of the spaces to be developed;
• Make the layout on the layers of the drawings of Provencher Roy interior design;
• Carry out the plans, execution drawings, specifications and all other related documents;
• Coordinate with the various stakeholders of the project (Engineers, consultants etc.);
• Review and approve shop drawings;
• Prepare plans and models for presentation to the client;
• Prepare drawings and mock-ups for presentation to the client; Perform inventories and layout of these surveys;
• Prepare moving plans;
• Perform area calculations;
• Prepare as-built drawings.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• DEC's degree in interior design;
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience;
• Mastery Revit (an asset) and AutoCAD;
• Knowledge of SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop;
• Excellent communication skills in french and english.
