Junior BIM Coordinator

Provencher_ Roy is currently looking for a BIM Coordinator. In support of an experienced BIM coordinator, the junior BIM coordinator will have the opportunity to accomplish various challenges such as:
- Participate in the realization of architectural projects (concept, preliminary, execution, site stages);
- Provide support to project teams;
- Support the senior BIM coordinator in drafting BIM management plans;
- Create Revit content (families and/or project-specific);
- Support the application and achievement of project BIM objectives;
- Support the monitoring of internal BIM processes;
- Perform model control and coordination tasks;
- If applicable, integrate and manipulate point clouds;
- Support the development of the firm's processes and standards;
- Support technology watch and internal development
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Architectural technologist or technician (or related, if relevant experience);
- 2 years of experience in BIM coordination (or as a resource person) or 2 years of experience in architecture with a strong interest in BIM;
- Good knowledge of BIM processes, BIM tools and their impacts;
- Experience in team support;
- Any certification is an asset;
- Good listening and analytical skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Rigorous and methodical;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Autonomy and initiative;
- Strong interest in software and ability to learn independently;
- Fluency in French required;
- Excellent command of Revit (Revit Professional certification is an asset);
- Good knowledge of Navisworks;
- Basic knowledge of other Autodesk AEC suite software and BIM 360;
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word;
- Dynamo (an asset).
