Provencher_ Roy is currently seeking an Office Coordinator/Receptionist for our head office in Old Montreal. This is a unique opportunity to join a renowned organization and contribute to the quality of life at the office! This position is a key part of the office organization.

What's your day-to-day job like? 

  • Coordinate and plan administrative services related to materials, supplies, parking, maintenance and security;
  • Greet and direct visitors;
  • Handle all incoming calls, both internal and external;
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the head office and be responsible for its smooth running;
  • Manage general company e-mail boxes;
  • Ensure rooms are in order for various meetings;
  • Act as main liaison with building management;
  • Manage building policies and procedures;
  • Participate in the OHS committee;
  • Participate in employee orientation;
  • Coordinate corporate activities taking place on our premises;
  • Provide administrative support to various head office teams as needed.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • DEC or other relevant diploma
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a similar position or relevant experience
  • Written and spoken bilingualism (French and English) imperative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Autonomous
  • Diplomatic / discreet
  • Structured / organized
  • Good presentation and elocution
  • Good stress management skills
