Provencher_Roy is currently looking for a Administrative Assistant – Service Offerings. If you have proven skills in project management, strategy, and the production of high-quality sales documents in both French and English, and if tight deadlines motivate you, join our business development team.

YOUR ROLE

  • Format resumes according to the firm's standards to meet proposal requirements.
  • Read and analyze proposal documents to identify constraints and presentation requirements.
  • Support the full proposal preparation cycle while meeting established deadlines.
  • Track deadlines and tasks related to proposals in collaboration with team members.
  • Produce required documents using various software (InDesign, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely proposal production and adherence to timelines.
  • Review and proofread documents.
  • Manage and maintain content by updating the proposal content database.
  • Update tracking tools and enhance service proposals.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong interest in architecture and design.
  • CEGEP diploma (DEC) in administration or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role required.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of Adobe software.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with a variety of professionals.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Resourcefulness, proactivity, and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude.
