Provencher_Roy is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator (3 days/week). The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, working closely with the Human Resources team and internal partners. They will actively contribute to defining and implementing a talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's vision and culture.
More specifically:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding (job definition, sourcing, CV screening, interviews, job offer negotiation, hiring);
- Collaborate with managers to define recruitment needs;
- Develop a proactive talent acquisition strategy to build a pool of qualified candidates;
- Conduct market research to track employment trends and challenges;
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, and other candidate sources;
- Represent the firm at job fairs in colleges and universities;
- Participate in special projects aimed at improving the staffing process.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Education or relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field (we value diverse backgrounds!);
- Proficiency in French and English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Recruitment experience is an asset.
