Mélissa Bélanger

Mélissa Bélanger joined Provencher_Roy in 2005 and became a partner in 2010. She is an expert in renovations, redevelopments, and adaptive reuse of buildings. As a project manager, she leads projects of all scales mostly in the office renewal sector, education sector, and industrial sector.

She has led a variety of office renewal projects in iconic mid-century buildings such as Desjardins’ North, East, and South Tower offices at Complexe Desjardins; and the Montréal Tower at the Olympic Stadium, an award-winning office tower renewal project requiring major envelope work, base building and secure, high-tech offices (130,000 sq. ft.); over a dozen interior fit-up projects in the education sector (Pavillon J.-A.-DeSève at UQAM, Pavillon Jean-Brillant and André-Aisenstadt Hall at Université de Montréal, redevelopment of the Hall Building at Concordia University); and over a hundred projects for Hydro-Québec including hydroelectric station designs (Bryson Generating Station, Fleury Substation, La Romaine 1 and 2 Substations).

As a member of the Association des estimateurs et des économistes de la construction du Québec (AEÉCQ) since 2015, and responsible for ensuring ISO 9001:2015 compliance for the firm, Mélissa champions best practices within the studio.
