Jenny Lafrance
Studio Director, Partner, Architect, OAQ, OAA, LEED GA,PMPA 2005 graduate of the Université de Montréal’s School of Architecture, Jenny Lafrance joined Provencher_Roy in 2018 after working as partner and co-founder of A4 Architecture + Design. Appointed partner at Provencher_Roy in 2021, she manages and develops the Ottawa-Gatineau branch of the practice.
A seasoned project manager, Jenny Lafrance has expertise in the health, education and cultural sectors, where she leads numerous teams in the context of new construction as well as in the case of various expansion and redevelopment mandates. Whether she is overseeing the construction and management of complex sites such as the Ottawa train station redevelopment, or working as project manager for the design of new elementary schools for the Portages de l’Outaouais School Service Centre or for the Children’s Museum at the Canadian Museum of History in Gatineau, Jenny demonstrates constant rigour and inspiring leadership when rallying team members around a shared goal.
In 2016, she was awarded the Excelor prize in the “Female Entrepreneurship” category by the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Audace prize in 2015, awarded to inspiring and daring women in business.
