Sarah Harvey

Partner, Architect OAQ, PMP

A graduate of the Université de Montréal’s School of Architecture in 2006 and a significant player with BBBL (Birtz Bastien Beaudoin Laforest) architecture firm since 2007, Sarah Harvey joined the Provencher_Roy practice as a partner in 2021.

Extremely well-versed in carrying out Société québécoise des infrastructures projects in the hospital sector, she works as a designer and assistant project manager on large-scale mandates, such as the Centre intégré de traumatologie at Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur-de-Montréal and Hôpital Pierre-Le Gardeur expansion projects. Sarah has developed a remarkable expertise in the design of health care environments and integration of specialized medical equipment, excelling particularly in the spatial transposition of conceptual intentions and furniture planning needs, and in the rigorous control of quality and deliverables. Conscientious, organized, and pragmatic, she ensures to meet various objectives, including scope, costing, deadlines, and integrity of the program and mandate, while accounting for construction implementation and scheduling.
