Vanessa Buchlin Pons

Vanessa Buchlin Pons holds a master’s in management and personnel administration from the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers de Paris, and she is currently completing a master’s in administration at ESG UQAM. Bringing a wealth of 20 years of experience acquired in both France and Québec, Vanessa became Director of Human Resources at Provencher_Roy in 2021.

Immersed in the architectural field since her childhood, in addition to earning the gold medal at the Conservatoire national de Montpellier (France) in classical dance, Vanessa’s interest in art and creation comes naturally. Her myriad experiences in the human resources sphere offer her the opportunity to assume a central role enabling her to interact with all business players. First and foremost, she appreciates being a business partner, accompanying managers daily, and providing support to teams.

Passionately human, Vanessa is gifted with wonderful active listening skills. She approaches her role with body and soul, always striving to find the best possible solutions.
