Anik Lefebvre

Since the start of her master’s degree in architecture at the Université de Montréal in 2004, Anik Lefebvre has worked with the firm Birtz Bastien Beaudoin Laforest, becoming a partner in 2013, and renewing this appointment in 2021 by joining the practice of Provencher_Roy.

Over the years, she has managed a multitude of teams and complex projects in the health sector. As a designer, manager or deputy project manager, she has taken on all types of mandates: FTP, feasibility studies, strategic planning files, design of expansions and various redevelopments, development and updating of real estate master plans for numerous Centres intégrés (universitaires) de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS and CIUSSS) and hospital departments (Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur de Montréal, Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont, Saint-Eustache and Saint-Jérôme hospitals, and Lakeshore General Hospital.) She also contributed to the expansion of the operating room and medical device reprocessing unit (MDRU) at Hôpital Santa Cabrini, the Centre intégré de cancérologie de l’Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis, the expansion and renovation of the Hôtel-Dieu/CHUQ de Québec, and the expansion of the emergency rooms at the Hull and Gatineau hospitals.

A key team member since 2014 in the “Investing in Excellence” expansion project at the Montréal Heart Institute, she is deputy designer of the health facilities. She is also working on the design of the new Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital as a member of the Advocate Architect team.
