Daphnee Van Lierde

Partner, Architect, OAQ, OAA, PMP

A graduate of the Université Laval École d’architecture, Daphnee Van Lierde has accumulated 15 years of experience as an architect, including 12 years within the firm. As a partner since 2017, she contributes to the success of the practice through her recognized and celebrated expertise in the industrial sector.

The completion of her PMP (Project Management Professional) certification has strengthened her abilities as a project team manager, a role she tactfully and rigorously carries out for all her mandates. In fact, Daphnee’s previous experience as architect-in-charge in the transportation industry has paved the way to leading numerous highly complex development, new construction, and redevelopment interventions, especially for Montréal-Trudeau International Airport and the Réseau Express Métropolitain. Through these mandates, she has acquired the necessary assurance and ease for managing risks, deadlines, budgets, and phasing in the context of project execution in occupied and operational environments.

Daphnee Van Lierde’s specialization in sustainable development (Member of the Canada Green Building Council – Québec since 2009) and versatility of roles covering the full architectural project process serve to enhance the integrity of her multidimensional approach. She is also currently acting as assistant project manager for the transformation and modernization of Place du Portage III, a heritage establishment recognized by Public Services and Procurement Canada; in addition to playing an active role in the commercial (Carrefour Laval, Marché 440) and institutional sectors (Pavillon Decelles – HEC Montréal).
