Maïda Beylerian

Collaborator, Architect OAQ

Maïda Beylerian holds a master’s in architecture from Université Laval. She has worked in the field for nearly 20 years, 8 of which at Provencher_Roy.

Maïda has more than one string to her bow, having acquired experience as project manager, design lead, and as a member of the production and site supervision teams. She has been developing her expertise in the residential sector for several years.

As design lead, she collaborates on the Maisons des Aînés du Québec project, consisting of the construction of 46 homes for the elderly and alternative pavilions spanning the entire province of Québec, thereby contributing to the major transformation of living spaces for elderly people with special needs. Also wearing the project manager cap, Maïda collaborates on the Symphonia Pop residential project, consisting of 240 units over 32 floors. Located on Nuns’ Island, this project offers unobstructed views of 2 distinct landscapes: an urban one facing north, including Montréal, downtown, and Mount Royal Park; and a natural one facing south-west, featuring the Saint Lawrence River, Montérégie, and the Lachine Rapids. Over the past 2 years, Maïda has worked on Symphonia VIU, the second phase of the project, at the same location. She has collaborated on the construction of its 44-storey tower comprised of 221 units, constituting the highest tower ever created by Provencher_Roy.
