Marie-Josée Barbeau

Marie-Josée Barbeau obtained her bachelor’s in architecture at Université de Montréal and has acquired over 25 years of experience. She is involved in mandates as project manager, production manager, and site supervision manager.

Marie-Josée is mainly responsible for technical development, the production of plans, definitive specification writing, and site supervision follow up. While she has specialized in the educational field for several years and worked on many school projects, she has also collaborated on health care projects with Sureté du Québec, including 4 projects built with visible solid wood frames.

Noteworthy amongst her school projects is Baril Elementary School, consisting of restoration, renovation, and enhancement of the school’s original historic entrance. In the health care field, Marie-Josée has collaborated on the Hôpital de Saint-Eustache expansion project, and on hospital services revamping at Hôpital régional de Saint-Jérôme and Hôpital Sainte-Agathe, namely in the endoscopy and ophthalmology departments, including a surgery room, orthopedics, hematology, and food services spaces.

A seasoned member of the team, she is recognized by her peers for her autonomy, project proactivity, and excellent management of teams and deadlines.
