Patrice Leroy

3D Director

Patrice Leroy graduated from the École d’architecture de Bretagne, in France. Quickly finding his niche of specializing in design and architectural representation, he has acquired 20 years of experience in the field, including 15 with Provencher_Roy. Patrice joined the firm in 2007, first involved in many significant projects as a designer, then as director of the 3D team. Employing IT media as his main design tool, his work methodology is highly flexible, both in the incorporation and management of information, and in design execution.

Among Patrice’s most notable collaborations is his design work on lg2. The realization of this creative agency truly stands out due to the use of Augmented Reality (AR), a technique enabling the project to be refined, while reassuring users of this new building of the future developments. He also collaborated on the Parliamentary Precinct Redevelopment – Block 2 project in Ottawa, in the context of an international competition mandating the transformation of many heritage buildings into an innovative office complex on Parliament Hill.

Thanks to the cutting-edge technology that Patrice has integrated to improve the design process, through the 3D think tank that he manages, he proposes his services to all project teams. At the firm, it is now possible to create all sorts of media, from fixed images to animation and virtual project renderings.
