PHASE 1
This signature project encourages the adoption of a more socially and ecologically responsible lifestyle.
The pedestrian experience is enriched by paths punctuated by architectural sub-spaces or varied landscapes. An uninterrupted architectural rhythm, marked by wayfinding signs that facilitate pedestrian orientation, is taking hold. An evident link between the ground floor and the public or private appropriation of the outdoor spaces is being defined.

Typologies
The program consists of three types of buildings: a main volume of condominiums and two small houses.
The bright materiality preferred for these three volumes unifies the whole. The strip organization spreads out across the site, maximizes the potential for implantation and allows the creation of an interior courtyard and a green pedestrian passage.
Architectural
signature
This project presents a contemporary architectural style whose geometrical articulation and modulation of the facades define a distinctive signature with sobriety and elegance.
Every façade is designed as a main facade, sometimes visible from a pedestrian walkway, a garden or from the public domain. They are distinctly treated in response to a particular environment, creating a series of paintings whose superimposition generates a multifaceted ensemble, a contrasting play of colors and warm tones inspired by the neighborhood’s built environment, yet harmonized by the uniqueness of the materials and color tones.
