Toby Manaças

Collaborator, Architect OAQ

Toby Manaças earned his master’s at Université de Montréal in 2010 and joined Provencher_Roy in 2016. The designer’s marked interest in applying creativity to architecture manifests itself in a panoply of projects, particularly in the residential (his specialization), institutional, and mixed use fields.

Toby has designed for major projects, such as the many upcoming phases of Symphonia and Domaine du Cloître on Nuns’ Island, with an expected 730 residential units. He has also worked on additional major residential projects that have been instrumental in the revitalization of Montréal, like Imperia Condominiums, a 22-storey mixed-use tower consisting of offices and condominiums with a 4-storey podium; and NOCA, a residential complex at Bassins du Havre on the banks of the Lachine Canal.
