Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Senior Communications Advisor plays a key role in coordinating both internal and external communications, as well as in the design, implementation, and monitoring of Provencher_Roy’s communication strategies. Combining strategic rigor and creativity, they actively contribute to enhancing the firm’s visibility, ensuring message consistency, and fostering employee engagement around Provencher_Roy’s vision and projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Positioning

Contribute to the planning and implementation of internal and external communication and marketing strategies;

Support management in maintaining consistent brand positioning across all channels;

Monitor communication plans and publication schedules for various corporate and cultural initiatives.
External Communication and Visibility

Produce or oversee the production of diverse content such as press releases, articles, newsletters, social media posts, presentations, and annual reports;

Manage media relations and coordinate press inquiries;

Contribute to promoting Provencher_Roy’s projects and achievements.
Internal Communication and Engagement

Support internal communication initiatives (newsletters, presentations, employee events, HR projects);

Highlight internal projects, achievements, and initiatives to strengthen pride, belonging, and organizational culture.
Performance and Follow-up

Define performance indicators and monitor campaign results;

Participate in analyzing and continuously improving communication tools and practices;

Support budget planning and monitor expenses related to communication projects;

Coordinate and supervise a team of graphic designers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field;
-
8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within an architectural, corporate, or agency environment;

Solid experience in internal and external communications, media relations, and digital marketing.
Technical Skills

Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written;

Proficiency with digital communication tools (social media, newsletters, web content management, Google Analytics, etc.);

Strong ability to produce visual content and coordinate external providers (graphic designers, agencies, videographers, etc.);

Good understanding of brand visibility challenges within a multidisciplinary environment.
