The redevelopment plan of Place Versailles shopping center designed by Provencher_Roy is moving forward following a by-law adopted this week by the Montréal City Council. While maintaining the commercial offering, the former shopping center will be transformed into a new sustainable neighborhood featuring parks, schools, services, and over 5,000 housing units — 20% of which will be social housing.
