Monday marked the inauguration of the Mental Health Care and Services Pavilion (Block E) and the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Unit at the Saint-Jérôme Hospital, in the presence of Lionel Carmant, Minister Responsible for Social Services, and Sonia Bélanger, Minister Responsible for Seniors, Associate Minister of Health, and Minister Responsible for the Laurentides Region.
Designed in dialogue with the existing hospital, this 89-bed project—LEED Gold certified—features warm materials and bright, open spaces across its five floors, all aimed at supporting the well-being of both patients and healthcare staff.
