An architect actively engaged in urban development in Montréal, Muhidin Kadric works on projects involving strategic planning, transformation of the built environment, and the rehabilitation of existing buildings, at both the architectural and urban scales. A member of the Ordre des architectes du Québec (OAQ), urban designer, project manager, and LEED Green Associate, he practices at Provencher_Roy as a Principal Collaborator, where he advances innovative visions and solutions on large-scale projects.
Recognized for his conceptual leadership and strategic expertise, Muhidin regularly serves as project manager and lead designer on complex mandates, coordinating multidisciplinary teams through all phases of a project, from preliminary studies to built realization. He acts as a key decision-maker, arbitrating technical and regulatory challenges and defining tailored solutions within demanding and multidimensional contexts.
At Provencher_Roy, he has notably held key responsibilities in the development of major institutional master plans, including those for the Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS) and the Université de Montréal (UdeM). These mandates involved large-scale reflections on campus planning, the integration of future interventions to support long-term sustainability, the prioritization of actions, and the alignment of strategic vision with regulatory constraints and implementation realities.
Muhidin stands out for his rigorous architectural thinking, strong conceptual discipline, and precise communication skills, which enable him to bring stakeholders together around shared objectives. His interest in drawing and advanced representational tools supports in-depth architectural inquiry and fosters effective dialogue. Across all his projects, he combines rigour, vision, and sustainability to shape coherent and enduring built environments.
