Claude Bourbeau named Fellow of the RAIC

Claude Bourbeau, Principal Partner, Architect, LEED AP BD+C, and President of Provencher_Roy has been named Fellow of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) among 26 other architects. The Fellow title granted by the RAIC College recognizes members for their contributions to research, furthering of knowledge, public service, and dissemination of the profession. 

With an architectural career spanning over 40 years, Claude has developed unparalleled expertise and is recognized as a reference in ecological design innovation and modern heritage preservation in Québec. Whether acting as Principal-In-Charge or Project Manager, he conveys his sensibilities for solutions-oriented architecture with all of his production teams. 

The exemplary Technopôle Angus project, recipient of a National Urban Design Award in 2016, is amongst his most significant sustainable design projects. Claude also excels in the health care field (Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur-de-Montréal, CHU Sainte-Justine, Hôpital Vaudreuil-Soulanges, Montreal Heart Institute). 

In addition, Claude is involved with numerous organizations, like the Canada Green Building Council and the Industrial Research Chair on Ecoresponsible Wood Construction of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).
