Provencher_Roy is pleased to announce the appointment of three new partners: Amélie Chauvin, Simon Horman and Jeff Livingston.

With a dual background in architecture and management, Amélie Chauvin (Architect, OAQ) has developed strong expertise in the healthcare sector by taking on major mandates, all while demonstrating skill in architectural design and interior design, which she leverages across projects of various scales. In recent years, she has contributed to several highly complex hospital projects requiring meticulous phasing and constant attention to maintaining ongoing operations, such as the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital, the new Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital, and the Saint-Jérôme Regional Hospital.
Simon Horman (Architectural Technologist, OTPQ) brings 18 years of experience, including 15 with the firm. He is involved at every stage of project delivery, from construction documents to final completion. Simon is also a member of the Advisory Committee, which guides the firm’s technical direction. Trained in the on-site supervision of multidisciplinary teams, he has worked on numerous projects, including Stade Saputo, the conversion of the Ritz-Carlton Montréal hotel, the expansion of CHU Sainte-Justine – Grandir, the Grand Quai Tower at the Port of Montréal, the new offices of the lg2 creative agency at Technopôle Angus, and the À Pas de Géant School, designed specifically for children with autism spectrum disorder.
Jeff Livingston (Architect, OAA, MRAIC) brings over twenty years of experience as an architect. His expertise spans planning and programming through to BIM implementation for a wide range of institutional projects, including the Eastern Ontario Campus and Buildings for the Department of National Defence, Library and Archives Canada in Gatineau, the François Dupuis Recreation Centre in Ottawa, the Canadian Army Advanced Warfare Centre in Trenton, the Police Service Headquarters in Winnipeg, as well as the Mail Processing Plant in Vancouver. Committed to community involvement and architectural quality, Jeff contributes to several associations and committees, including the CANstruction Food Drive, the Dallas Creek Clean-up Association, the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC), and the buildingSMART Council of the Institute for BIM in Canada.
