A graduate of the Université de Montréal’s School of Architecture in 2006 and a long-time contributor at the Birtz Bastien Beaudoin Laforest (BBBL) architecture firm since 2007, Sarah Harvey joined the Provencher_Roy practice as a partner in 2021.

With extensive experience in projects commissioned by the Société québécoise des infrastructures in the hospital sector, she works as a designer and assistant project manager on major mandates such as the expansion of the Centre intégré de traumatologie at Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur de Montréal the expansion of Hôpital Pierre-Le Gardeur and the real estate analysis for the modernization of St. Mary’s Hospital. Having developed distinctive expertise in the design of healthcare environments and the integration of specialized medical equipment, Sarah excels in translating conceptual intentions and real estate planning needs into spatial solutions, while rigorously overseeing the quality and delivery of project outputs. Conscientious, organized, and pragmatic, she ensures compliance with project scope, costs, timelines, and the integrity of both program and mandate, while paying close attention to implementation and construction sequencing.

Skilled in coordinating large teams, Sarah Harvey has previously contributed to the management of several projects led by Québec’s Integrated University Health and Social Services Centres (CIUSSS), including the redevelopment of the endoscopy department at Hôpital Santa-Cabrini; the expansion of the emergency departments at Hôpital de Gatineau and Hôpital de Sainte-Anne-des-Monts in Gaspésie; the expansion of Hôpital du Haut-Richelieu; and the real estate analysis for the expansion of the Montreal Heart Institute.
