This history of success, and the continuity of our team has built an enduring knowledge of both Defence Construction Canada the Canadian Forces that is applied to each new assignment. It is important to note that this work has been enabled by a record of collaboration with engineers, builders, trades, first nations and members of the Canadian Forces in all of these contract settings.

In addition to the preparation of designs and their documentation, we also realize feasibility studies, design studies, master planning and advocate consultant services through statement of requirements, concept design, cost estimating, performance specifications and construction Phase Services.

The defence portfolio and expertise address a broad range of facilities and infrastructure, including compounds; vehicle maintenance and storage, workshops, healthcare (health centres and services), physical recreation and training (gymnasiums), classrooms, offices and accommodations. 

We also address specialized requirements for secure operations, warehouse and logistics infrastructure (interior and covered storage), multi-purpose facilities (including naval reserves), food services (commercial kitchens) and security infrastructures in general (entrance control facilities, for example). Our delivery experience and capabilities include numerous projects requiring facility or industrial security clearance (secret) and special attention to physical and electronic security and force protection.

Our technical expertise extends to laboratory (research centre (DRDC)), ammunition storage, workshop and compound, training (combat training and integration centre), airfield, aerodrome, emergency services, radar infrastructure and data center projects.
