This proposal, as part of the architectural competition for the redevelopment of 4500 Hochelaga Street, promotes neighborhood life, social interactions, active transportation, and urban agriculture.

The project unfolds in seven phases on a 25,545 m² site. It includes 50,800 ft² of commercial space and consists of seven buildings ranging from 3 to 14 storeys. 

The residential offering features 155 social housing units, 244 rental apartments, and 687 condominiums.

Residents will benefit from seven fitness studios, seven outdoor pools with urban chalets, and dedicated urban agriculture spaces. The project also incorporates commercial spaces and underground parking, ensuring a well-integrated and sustainable living environment.
