The 120-seat dining room of the Westin Tremblant’s restaurant showcases local cuisine, echoing the area's exceptionally scenic natural surroundings.

Clients are greeted in front of a soft glowing fireplace. Flanked by two wine cellars and display cases presenting local and seasonal products, the central staircase broadens sightlines into the lower levels, while offering guests a first taste of the restaurant’s dual identity, conveyed through a play of contrasting luminosity and varying ceiling heights. Although one level of the establishment is more luminous and open, and the other darker and more intimate, the two distinct levels are complementary, fulfilling the needs of a wide variety of clientele and events.

With its tall soft green columns, grey porcelain floors, light marbles, copper tones, and darker display cases, the space’s balanced palette was conceived to pique the interest of guests from outside the building. The upper dining room is bathed in abundant natural light, while the lower dining room is characterized by an elegant equilibrium of light and shadows, offering a comfortable velvety ambiance. Carefully integrated into the existing architecture, the bar is nestled in the space with the lowest ceiling height. Everything radiates from the bar focal point, ensuring the creation of a gastronomic experience that is both upscale and refined.
