Enhancing flavourful and responsible cuisine while offering guests a memorable experience—such is the challenge successfully met by the various LOV restaurants (an acronym for local, organic, and vegetarian).

In collaboration with designer Jacinthe Piotte, Provencher_Roy designed the central bar, dining area, kitchen spaces, and service zones for several of the brand’s locations, notably in Montréal and Toronto.

The atmosphere in each restaurant is meant to be refined, authentic, and inviting—true to the spirit of the brand. A rich variety of textures, including white oak, stained glass, green velvet, along with copper and brass accents, bring a sophisticated touch to the overall aesthetic. More than simple decorative elements, numerous plants are integrated into walls and furniture, helping to create a convivial, welcoming ambiance.

Some of the seat upholstery patterns even echo the botanical theme. Carefully selected handcrafted pieces, repurposed antique windows, pendant lighting, and countertop-specific table lamps—all elements are thoughtfully curated to elevate the dining experience.
