Bordered by Highway 20 leading to Montréal, a railway line, and Sauvé Street, the site is a triangular parcel located near the St. Lawrence River, in the town of Coteau-du-Lac, Montérégie.

This residential development includes a total of 620 units in a variety of housing typologies, all benefiting from a pleasant shared garden.

Larger multi-family buildings are positioned along the perimeter of the site, while rows of single-family homes are arranged around the expansive green space at the centre.

In addition to fostering the emergence of a welcoming and livable neighbourhood, the project aims to enhance the safety of streets and public spaces by rethinking road layouts and reducing travel speeds.

Complementing the park, playful pathways, sports areas, and shared facilities provide opportunities for community gatherings and a range of activities, contributing to the vibrancy of the neighbourhood. The integration of vegetated stormwater retention basins will strengthen the site's resilience to heavy rainfall and support adaptation to climate change.
